Providing daily check-ins for people concerned about living alone through the Rotary Connects program

From when the club was founded in 1993 until 2020 when Covid halted the program , our club proudly participated in the Youth Exchange Program, having hosted at least one student every year with the exception of one year!

We also participate in various other youth programs such as the Rotary Youth Program of ENrichment (RYPEN) and Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA)

Raising awareness for Childhood Apraxia of Speech

Volunteering at local events

Hosting an International Women's Day forum on Balancing Work and Family to inspire local women getting back into the workforce after having children

Volunteering to help Project Love and Care who make a huge difference in the lives of children entering foster care

Creation of a sensory garden at Sinnamon Village. The Rotary Club of Sumner Park is currently involved in a project to provide a new sensory garden between Sinnamon Village and the Young Care facility as the previous garden had to be removed.
